We do not accept cancellation, returns or exchanges unless the product you purchased arrives damaged, most likely through transit or if we have made a mistake on our part. Please get in touch with us right away via email at Hello@lilasclayground.com if you are having either of those problems. When emailing us, please include your order number along with a picture of the damaged product.
Once the order is in transit, we no longer hold responsibility for your order being lost or stolen. You will be responsible for contacting USPS for any lost or stolen items. We do not refund or replace any items that have been lost or stolen while on transit.
